An education session for Sheltered Care providers designed to examine the regulations impacting providers and how they are applied.
Hinshaw and Culbertson will examine operational issues and challenges. They will also discuss the forces impacting legal and regulatory compliance through case studies and other practical guidance and best practices to navigate these challenges.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Identify what survey requirements are different for sheltered care vs skilled.
- Determine the best policies and practices to have in anticipation of a survey.
- Describe the purpose and scope of the Sheltered Care program.
CE’s: 3.0
To meet the regulatory and education requirements, participants must stay for the entire event to receive credit.
