OVERVIEW
It is estimated that more than one in five US adults live with a mental illness. As the number of working adults diagnosed with a mental health condition increases, so too does the compliance risk for an employer. Human resources, supervisors and other compliance professionals navigating these issues can quickly find themselves in deep waters. This webinar will provide an overview of the legal requirements governing an employer in this area and explore best practices for compliance.
