OVERVIEW

As assisted living surveys become increasingly complex, providers are facing heightened regulatory scrutiny in several critical areas. This virtual town hall will explore the most challenges and survey trends being experienced firsthand by assisted living communities, while highlighting practical strategies and preventive measures organizations can implement to strengthen compliance, reduce risk and better prepare for survey activities. Participants will gain insights into key areas of focus for surveyors and learn proactive approaches to help minimize regulatory concerns before they arise.
