Increase your awareness and understanding of the Illinois Adult Protective Services (APS) Act and Adult Protective Services Program information. This webinar will discuss the types of services that APS can deliver for your residents. As healthcare professionals, you should know and understand what you are mandated to report.

APS can assist your residents with allegations of

  • abuse or neglect that did NOT occur in your building, such as during a visit with a family member
  • financial exploitation, even if suspected by a Power of Attorney for Finances
