Complete the survey below with information regarding the education or event you are interested in providing. Allow our Meeting Services and Education Department up to 10 business days to review your submission and respond to your request.
Proposals must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the preferred date of the education or event in order to be considered for that date.
*Please note, education proposals for the LeadingAge Illinois Annual Meeting & Expo should not be submitted via this survey. The Annual Meeting Call for Sessions on-line system may be accessed here.
