OVERVIEW
Join Us for an in-depth session on Illinois’ newly enacted End of Life Options for Terminally Ill Patient’s Act, signed by Governor JB Pritzker in December 2025. This webinar is designed specifically for health care professionals and will cover the law’s requirements, eligibility criteria, and the role of clinicians in supporting terminally ill patients who choose medical aid in dying.

- Identify the responsibilities of health care providers to comply with the Act.
- Outline requirements for providers who allow medical aid in dying.
- Specify requirements for providers who will not allow medical aid in dying.
