We’re so excited to have Andy Edeburn, Elder Dynamics as our keynote speaker for this event! Andy will discuss the national imperatives around value-based thinking and provider-based risk (i.e., CMS, Medicare Advantage, state-led efforts) and where and how aging services organizations should be innovating and preparing.
Andy is an accomplished healthcare advisor and thought leader with more than 20 years of healthcare consulting experience, specializing in post-acute, and senior care services. Over his career, he has advised more than 240 organizations in 43 states across a diverse range of issues. Andy guides organizations through their strategic thinking and planning efforts, community-based care models, new program and facility development efforts, and operational and performance improvement.
