2021 Honoring Excellence Award Winners

Honoring Excellence is LeadingAge Illinois’ award program that recognizes member providers’ staff and organizations that put quality first, deliver excellence and inspire others to do the same. The Honoring Excellence program is about communities recognizing that “something special” in their staff and wanting to publicly commend them for doing more than what is expected in their daily responsibilities. As well as recognizing and honoring an organization for its outreach to the greater community beyond the provider’s own walls or core mission.

Seven exceptional individuals and one community were celebrated for their dedication, exemplary work and admirable achievements at the Honoring Excellence Awards presentation that was held during the 2021 Annual Meeting & Expo on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. These award winners were recognized for putting quality first, delivering excellence in their work or outreach, and inspiring others to do the same.
