Navigating Service Plans in Illinois Assisted Living
OVERVIEW
This educational program aims to equip Assisted Living staff with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively develop individualized service plans for residents. Participants will gain insight into the regulatory requirements established by the Illinois Department of Public Health, with a focus on creating comprehensive and person-centered services plans. This session will also cover the best practices for monitoring and evaluating service plans, ensuring that any changes in a resident’s health or care needs are accurately reflected. By participating in this training, staff will be better prepared to provide responsive and effective care tailored to the unique needs of each resident.

FACULTY
Danielle “Dani” Martin, MSN, RN, NHA, is a Clinical Compliance Specialist with Friends Services Alliance (FSA). She has more than 30 years of nursing experience, with many of those years serving in leadership roles within Continuing Care Retirement Communities and other healthcare settings. In her most recent role as Vice President of Clinical Services, Dani was a key member of the team responsible for directing healthcare operations across all levels of care. She acted as the organization’s Compliance Officer and Chair of the Quality Assessment and Assurance Committee.
