CMS FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATORY UPDATE
OVERVIEW
This session will review various federal and state regulatory updates impacting nursing facilities. The session will focus on updates primarily impacting reimbursement, staffing, and quality measures. We will review the upcoming changes based upon CMS final rules released in 2024 for fiscal year 2025 and any changes specific to Illinois.
