Health & Safety Protocols
Committed to a Safe Environment
We know you work with a vulnerable population. Because we want to keep you and your residents safe, we’ve implemented the following for the Senior Living Conference:
- Screening and temperature checks: Through our partnership with Accushield, we’ll conduct touch-free health screenings and temperature checks of all attendees, presenters, exhibitors, and LAIL staff.
- Vaccinations: All conference participants will be required to submit proof of full vaccination prior to the conference. Instructions will be e-mailed prior to the conference.
- Masks: All conference participants will be required to wear a mask unless they are actively eating or drinking.
- Sanitization: Additional cleanliness and safety measures are being taken by the DoubleTree by Hilton that include touch-free options throughout the hotel, more frequent cleaning and disinfecting, and placement of hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. For more information on the Hilton CleanStay program, click here.
- Social Distancing: Breakout and room sizes are being planned to accommodate appropriate social distancing.
- Conference check-in and on-site registration: Both will be minimal touch.
- Attendance: Attendees agree to stay at home or in their hotel room if they are feeling sick. Attendees, exhibitors, and presenters must complete a liability waiver prior to arrival on October 7.
Measures may be adjusted between now and the conference. Check back here regularly for the most up-to-date information. Significant updates will be communicated to registrants. The final health and safety protocols will be distributed prior to the event.
